How to request deletion of your Mayna AI account data

If you want to delete your Mayna AI account data, you can request deletion by contacting us.

Use the subject:

Mayna AI Data Deletion Request

Information to include

  1. Your full name
  2. The email address used for your Mayna AI account
  3. The login provider you used, such as Facebook, Google, Microsoft, GitHub, Instagram, or TikTok
  4. A short message saying that you want your Mayna AI account data deleted

What happens next

After receiving your request, we will verify your identity and delete or anonymize your account data from our systems, unless we are required to keep certain information for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.

If you logged in using Facebook, we will remove the Facebook-linked account information associated with your Mayna AI account.
